YOUR DATA, PLAINLY

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and you can delete everything with one request. Tarot readings are for entertainment — treat your data the same way: nothing here is used to judge or profile you.

What we collect

  • Email address — only if you create an account or subscribe. Used for login links and the newsletter you asked for.
  • Birth date, time, and place — only if you use the birth chart tool. Used to calculate your chart. Nothing more.
  • Your questions and readings — the text you type during readings, so you can revisit them. Only you can see them.
  • An anonymous device ID — a random ID stored on your device so your daily card stays consistent. It contains no personal information.

What we never collect: payment card numbers (payments run through our payment provider, never our servers), your contacts, your location history, or tracking profiles from advertising networks.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the minimal service credentials needed to run the site.

AI readings

Readings are generated by an AI model. Your question is sent to the AI provider solely to generate your reading, and is not used to train advertising systems or sold to anyone.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

  • Access — request a copy of all data linked to you (machine-readable JSON).
  • Deletion — request erasure of everything: account, readings, birth data, email. One request, gone.
  • Portability — take your data with you.
  • Objection / opt-out — unsubscribe from any email at any time; the link is in every message.

To exercise any right, email privacy@tarotrack.com. We respond within 30 days — usually much faster.

Cookies

We use local browser storage (not tracking cookies) for your device ID and saved readings. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, this page changes first.

Children

Tarotrack is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Entertainment only

All readings and predictions on Tarotrack are for entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they never guarantee outcomes. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.
